Description

Limited quantities available.

Bring the story of old-growth Douglas Fir into your space with this reclaimed barn wood, expertly preserved to showcase its natural, rustic beauty. Each plank boasts a unique blend of character-rich details: fine, wavy grain patterns, hints of weathering, and a warm, earthy palette that deepens over time. The rough-sawn texture, preserved from its original milling, adds a tactile quality and depth that complements both vintage and modern design aesthetics.

The visuals are stunningly distinct. Faint saw marks trace the surface, capturing light to reveal a subtle sheen in the wood's amber-brown tones. Occasional knots and vintage nail holes give each board a handcrafted appeal, while the consistent surface and minimal blemishes allow for versatile applications — from flooring that tells a story to accent walls that stand out without overwhelming.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real wood?

We exclusively stock and sell authentic reclaimed wood, never processing new boards to look old. Due to natural aging and weathering, no two boards we sell are exactly alike. Our wood does vary slightly over time since each batch has a unique origin. One side of our wood may appear fresh. This is due to vertically milling some of our wood products to create a fresh side, which helps the wood sit flat during installation.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on location and order size. You can expect delivery typically within 2 weeks after your purchase.

Do you offer returns?

Yes! We're confident you'll love your order, but sometimes things don't work out—and we get that. If you have any issues, please reach out and we will make it right. Should you change your mind at any point within 30 days after ordering, let us know and we will set up a hassle-free return for you. Please note: wood must be new and unused, buyer pays return shipping. If you opened a box, that's fine—please seal it back up so it stays intact during shipping! For more info, look at our full return policy here.

Do you offer samples?

We offer samples for many of our products. Look for the "Sample" size option on our listings. If you don't see an option, contact us and we may be able to send you a custom sample.

Where do you source your wood from?

Much of our lumber comes from northern Idaho. However, we don't limit our selection to one area; rather, we scour for the best wood we can get our hands on. From vintage fences on the West Coast to rustic barns from the Midwest, we source from all across the US.

Do you offer bulk pricing discounts?

Are you looking for wood materials for a large project? We offer discounts on orders of 500 sq feet and beyond. We can also work with you to customize the wood to your specifications. For bulk pricing, customization, and all our options, contact us!

Is your wood chemically treated to give it its aged look?

We never treat our wood with any chemicals or expedited aging techniques to create "artificial" rustic-looking wood. Instead, we naturally air-dry our lumber indoors and ensure each board isn't infested with bugs and rot. All our wood, and we mean every single board, has been salvaged from antique structures, be it fences, barns, or even old houses.
